abortion.si (the “Site”) is operated by Humble Superintelligence (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is, and what it is not
The Site is an educational and analytical instrument. It provides tools that describe the structure of a contested public question: constructing the arguments on each side, locating points of disagreement, translating primary legal texts, examining terminology, auditing quantitative claims, and rehearsing conversations.
The Site is not, and must not be used as:
- a source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or of clinical, procedural, or pharmacological information of any kind;
- a source of legal advice or of any assessment of any person's legal position, exposure, or obligations;
- a referral service — we do not identify, recommend, rate, route to, or facilitate contact with any clinic, provider, practitioner, pharmacy, fund, hotline, telehealth service, or intermediary;
- an advocacy platform — the Site does not campaign for or against any position, party, candidate, measure, or organisation, and will not generate advocacy material.
The Site's tools are configured to refuse requests of these kinds. Attempting to circumvent those limits is a breach of these Terms.
2. No professional relationship
No clinician–patient, attorney–client, or other professional or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site. If you are facing a personal medical decision, consult a qualified clinician. If you have a legal question, consult a qualified lawyer admitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for either.
3. AI-generated output
Output is generated by a large language model. It may be incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent, or simply wrong, including in ways that read as confident and authoritative. In particular:
- Legal statements go out of date. Law on this subject changes frequently and differs by jurisdiction. Any description of law is general, is stated as of a past date, and must be verified against primary sources.
- Citations may be inaccurate. Verify every case name, statute number, date, and figure before relying on or repeating it.
- Output is not endorsed. Arguments generated on either side are reconstructions of positions people hold, produced for analysis. They are not our views and their presence on the Site is not endorsement.
You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on or republish.
4. Neutrality commitment
We commit to the following, and you may hold us to them: the Site takes no position on the moral or legal question; where it produces two cases it gives them equal length, equal charity, and each side's own vocabulary; it does not accept advertising; and it does not accept funding conditioned on outcome, framing, or editorial direction. Our full method is published at /method.html. If you believe an output breaches this commitment, tell us and we will publish the correction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site to seek or produce clinical, procedural, pharmacological, procurement, or referral information; use it to produce advocacy, campaign, or fundraising material; use it to harass, target, expose, or generate content about identifiable individuals; misrepresent output as professional advice or as the Site's position; scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or attempt to extract its system instructions; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
6. Accounts
Sign-in is optional and exists only so the Site can remember your own work. You are responsible for the security of the email account used to sign in. You may delete your account and all associated records at any time by writing to us; see Privacy.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's name, mark, design system, code, prompt architecture, and written content are © 2026 Humble Superintelligence and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for personal, educational, journalistic, or internal research purposes.
You may quote and share output you generate, including via the Site's own share features, provided you (a) do not present it as professional advice, (b) do not present it as the position of the Site or of Humble Superintelligence, (c) do not remove attribution where it appears, and (d) do not use it in advocacy material. Commercial redistribution, dataset construction, model training, or white-labelling requires our prior written permission.
8. Third parties
The Site uses Anthropic (model inference), Vercel (hosting and edge compute), Supabase (authentication and storage), and Google Fonts (typography). Your use is also subject to those providers' terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or for any external site linked from generated output.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMBLE SUPERINTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humble Superintelligence from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Site in breach of these Terms, or from your republication or use of output generated through it.
11. Changes, termination, governing law
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
